Most of us are way too busy to plan our meals out for the week. Well, not really….Most of us are not educated on this topic and don’t know where to begin, to make it a habit, not just one more thing to check off the “to do” list. 

We have all found work arounds to eating a healthy meal. Stopping at the local grocery store on the way home for prepared meals, having meals delivered$10/person avg) and simply just eating out, to make an attempt, to have a “healthy meal.” We say to ourselves…”well this is better than fast food!”  What most of us don’t realize is that these meals can be loaded in calories, fats, and sugars, not too mention very costly. Many times the result is the same…too much of the wrong foods, defeating the original purpose. This is also not creating a healthy lifestyle.

The fact is, you have to OWN your healthy eating and not put in someone else’s hands. Hopefully you don’t have to pay back that time with going to the doctor’s office because of dealing with a disease such as diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure , too name a few.

I have created  simple but effective meal plans with guidelines to implement into your daily life. These plans will be based on YOUR available time and budget. This plan will be based on what you and your family currently eat. We create a plan together, based on your goals including, but not limited to; weight loss, building endurance, strengthening muscles/bones or just simply living a healthier lifestyle.

How it works

    • Options for initial and ongoing sessions(you can choose these ANY option for each session)
      • In Person- meet at the studio in Roswell GA
      • Phone Conference- speak via phone
      • Online/Video Chat- video conference via FaceTime, Skype or Google Hangouts
  • Become familiarized with nutrition coaching and learn how it will benefit you and your family for a life-time
  • Discuss desired short/long term nutrition goals and timelines
  • Discuss your current situation and challenges
  • Select the appropriate plan for you that incorporates your goals and timeline

You will do one plan at a time and have the choice of doing additional plans if you so desire. We can also do a hybrid of the plans below if that works best for you. We will meet/talk weekly for all plans accept “Just Get To It.” Also, meal plans are available if you purchase a personal training package at no additional cost.

This plan is for those who have done some meal planning in the past and just need the appropriate tools to get back on track.

This plan is for those who have either never done or have only dabbled in meal planning. It is very basic but effective when your trying to get on track.

  • Session 1- 1 hr
    • Set up online diary and grocery planner on your phone and or computer
    • Discuss current health challenges
    • Agree on weight goals and give nutrition goals(calories, carbs, sugar, sodium, fat and protein) and timelines
    • Discuss the 5 food groups and what suggested foods you enjoy
    • Use a sample meal plan to discuss prepping and preparing your meals
    • Discuss possible obstacles and challeges
    • Within 24 hrs receive your 7 day meal plan guidelines
    • Create a grocery list together and GO SHOPPING
    • Answer client questions
  • Session 2/3 – 30 min each
    • Weigh in
    • Review the online diary together
    • Discuss the previous weeks success and obstacles
    • Tweak the plan if needed and received back within 24 hrs
    • If so desired, send exercise plans, for you to do on your own weekly
    • Answer client questions
  • Session 4- 1 hr
    • Weigh in
    • Review the online diary together
    • Discuss the previous weeks success and obstacles
    • Discuss competencies, suggest and agree on next steps

Behavior Change – $429  Only $299   limited time offer

This plan will be beneficial to those who want the consistent and motivational support along this journey. This is a more comprehensive approach. Making something a habit, takes time. This is the same as the Giddy Up plan, but also includes the following:

  • 12 weeks of support
  • A suggested and monitored 5-10 day cleanse to rid your body of toxins, preparing for your change in diet
  • A grocery list for the cleanse
  • Through Behavior Change practices, help you to overcome mental challenges like: emotional eating, binge eating, stress eating
